Hot-Melt Pressure-Sensitive Adhesives (HMPSA)

In HMPSA formulations based on SIS, SBS, SEBS, and similar polymers, EcoGreen's hydrogenated hydrocarbon resins serve as highly effective tackifiers and modifiers. They enhance bond strength to substrates such as nonwovens, paper, and films, while also contributing to heat resistance and low odor. Our resins effectively balance tack, peel adhesion, and holding power.

In HMPSA Applications

EcoGreen ER-400 series offers exceptional thermal stability and batch-to-batch consistency, improving tack and enhancing adhesive color and durability. The low-softening-point ER-390 improves low temperature resistance.

EcoGreen aromatic-modified series ER-300 and ER-500 provide enhanced peel adhesion to low-surface-energy substrates compared to the ER-400 series.
