Polymer Modification

EcoGreen's hydrogenated hydrocarbon resins are used in the modification of polymers such as PE and PP during extrusion, injection molding, and stretching processes. They are widely applied in film production and in everyday items such as cigarette packaging and various food packaging bags.

Functions of hydrocarbon resin

• Reduce crystallinity
• Improve film transparency
• Enhance barrier properties (gas tightness)
• Increase film stiffness
• Increase heat shrinkage rate
